Obituary of Cheryl Friberg Bartlett

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Cheryl Ann Bartlett.  Cheryl passed away on November 24, 2023 at the age of 58 after a courageous 13-month fight against cancer.  Predeceased by her parents, Alfred and Irene Friberg, and two of her sisters, Sandra Tromley and Debbie Boudreau.  Cheryl leaves behind a sister, Wendy (Ray Evans), as well as a nephew, Bryan Brown, and a niece, Laurie Foster (Cameron Van Steenburgh).

A celebration of Cheryl’s life will take place at Pinecrest Remembrance (2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa) on Saturday, December 2, 2023 from 2:00 – 4:00 with light refreshments.  Donations in Cheryl’s memory can be made to either the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation, or the Hospice Care Ottawa.
