Obituary of Marguerite Hill

With family by her side Marguerite passed away peacefully at the age of 95. She was born April 6, 1928 to the late Albert and Denise Donaghy. She is predeceased by her sister Emerald and her brothers Patrick, Archie, and Jack. Loving mother of James (Marites), Jeffery (Marko), and Richard(Rachel). Proud grandmother of 12 and great grandmother of 15. Marguerite worked for several years for the Right Honourable Arthur Laing, MP, cabinet minister and senator. She subsequently worked for several other senators before her retirement. Marguerite was an avid golfer, Scottish Country Dancer, and Bridge player. She was a proud member of the Catholic Women's League of St. John the Apostle church.

Friends are invited to Pinecrest Remembrance Services, 2500 Baseline Road, on Sunday, December 17, 2023, from 2-4pm & 6-8pm.  Funeral Mass will be held at. St. John the Apostle church, 2340 Baseline Road, on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at 11am.
