Obituary of Mary Theresa Hoyle "Molly"
Passed away peacefully on January 31, 2024, at the age of 72. She was born on February 24, 1951, on Achill Island, County Mayo, Ireland to the late Maggie Patten and Michael Gallagher.
Molly was predeceased by her beloved husband, John Hoyle. She is survived by her loving partner, Bill Orange, and her siblings Martin (Regis), Michael (Aileen), Tony, her sister Anne Masuda (Hiro), as well as her nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews,grand-children, great grand-children and friends.
Above all, Molly cherished her family. She was fiercely protective of her children, Anne Margaret (Kevin) and John Patrick, and their well-being was her greatest priority. Her 6 grandchildren brought her endless joy and they all adored her and will miss her immensely. Her love and devotion knew no bounds, and her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Molly was a force of nature, embodying the spirit of her Irish heritage. As a real estate agent, she displayed an unparalleled passion for her work and an unwavering commitment to her clients. The term "Wild Irish Rose" encapsulated her vibrant personality, fierce determination, and boundless energy.
In her life, Molly touched the hearts of many with her kindness, strength, and indomitable spirit.
Though she may be gone, her memory will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to have known her.
May she rest in peace, surrounded by the love and warmth she brought to everyone she knew.
Visitation will be held at Pinecrest Remembrance Services, 2500 Baseline Rd., on Friday, February 9th, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM, followed by a service in the chapel. After the service, there will be afternoon tea from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may donate to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
