Obituary of Souham (Sue) Abou-Nehme (née Saab)

Passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 11, 2024 at the age 74. Beloved daughter of the late George Saab and the late Jamily Nesrallah of Ottawa. Devoted wife of 51 years of the late Samir Abou-Nehme.Loving mother of Michael (Jihan Laham) and Tony (Sally Harik). Proud Teta of 5 bright, talented and beautiful granddaughters, her forever pride and joy: Maria,  Paulina, Angelina, Alexa and Arianna Abou-Nehme, who will remember her by her love of cooking, silly jokes and giving them the best hugs! Dear sister of Joseph Saab (Inaam Absi), Amal (Albert Boushey), Eli Saab and the late Souad (Chawki Boushey),  all of Ottawa. She will be dearly missed by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren, friends and extended family in Canada, USA and Lebanon. A special thank you to all the staff at the General Hospital for all their care and attention.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 from 10:00 to 11:00 am, followed by the funeral service at St. Elias Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral, 2975 Riverside Drive, Ottawa.

Interment at Pinecrest Cemetery. For those wishing, in memoriam donations to St. Elias Cathedral would be appreciated.
