Born on November 9, 1942, in Italy, Dora's journey was one of love, generosity, and unwavering devotion to her family and friends. Dora's early life in Italy was marked by the rich traditions and deep familial bonds of her heritage. She brought this warmth and vibrancy with her when she moved to Canada in 1962, where she built a beautiful life with her husband, the late Nicola Dicembre. Together, they created a home filled with love, laughter, and the irresistible aroma of Italian cuisine. Dora was a beacon of kindness, always ready to open her home and heart to anyone in need. Her table was a haven for family gatherings, where milestones were celebrated with delicious meals and joyous company. Dora's life was further enriched by the companionship of her beloved dog, Shadow. Always by her side, Shadow brought Dora immense happiness and contentment. Their bond was a testament to Dora's nurturing spirit and her capacity for love. Dora was preceded in death by her loving husband, Nicola Dicembre, and is survived by her devoted sons, Silvio and Roberto Dicembre, who tenderly cared for her after Nicola's passing. Dora is also reunited with her parents, Nicola Ruzzi and Maria Rosica, her inlaws Michele Dicembre and Teodora DiRosso, the late Giovanni Dicembre, the late Maria Canci (late Giovanni Canci), the late Giuseppe Dicembre (Denise Kingsbury). You have left this world, but your spirit and love remain with us always.
