Obituary of Jean Butler (Nee Fraser)

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Jean Butler on August 27, 2024, at 91 years of age

She was an amazing Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and a friend to all who knew her.

Jean spent her long life trying to make the world a better place, and did so with enthusiasm, kindness, generosity and joy.  Jean and her husband of 50 Years Rene (2007) lived lives of service to family, community and the environment in their quiet, gentle ways.

She touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by her numerous friends and family.

Celebration of Life will be held at Pinecrest Cemetery on Sept 8^th, 2024, from 12 until 2 pm at Cole Pinecrest Cemetery, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa.
