Obituary of Steve Potvin

February 5, 1967 - August 25, 2024

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Steve Potvin on Sunday. Steve was a loving son, devoted brother, and a cherished uncle. He will be remembered for his warmth, kindness, and the joy he brought to everyone who knew him.

Steve is predeceased by his father, Roger, and is survived by his mother, Dawna; his brothers, John, Roger and Darrell; his sister, Linda, and her husband, Raymond. He was a proud uncle to his niece Samantha (Patrick), and his nephew John and his children Zsofika (Gustavo) and Johnny Jr.

A respected expert in the construction industry, Steve will be remembered for his dedication, generosity, and the many lives he touched. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa. A Graveside Service and burial will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Pinecrest Cemetery.
